In with the new, out with the old. Trends come and go. But this doesn't mean that you'd have to throw all your old clothes away. That's just not practical. So what's a girl got to do? Resurrect departed (read boring) clothes back from the dead! To help you out, I’ve rounded up some DIY ideas that’ll breathe life into your lackluster wardrobe. DIY Pants to Dungarees

I'm a huge fan of thrift shopping and upcycled transformations so whenever I could, I try to DIY my way with clothes. Some of them turn out great while others don't get that lucky. About a year ago, I found these bright pink pair of pants that were too baggy for anyone to bother with. I've been wanting to buy some dungarees at the time  but didn't have enough cash. The fix? I sewed up the old pants and turned them into dungarees. And the best part is, the straps are detachable so you can wear it as a pair of shorts too!

Easy DIY Color Block Pots

If you're like me who has a penchant for greenery, you're bound to have plants and pots lying around. I'm not one to buy crazy expensive albeit pretty pots. We have DIYs for that. I've been seeing color blocked pots around the garden section of the department store lately and I find them ridiculously priced and so I thought, why not make a homemade version? After all, we'll need less materials than the fingers in one hand. Read through for instructions!

DIY Paper Gift Bow Tutorial

"Brown paper packages tied up in string, these are a few of my favorite things!" That or presents with large festive ribbons. How do you like wrapping gifts? The holiday season is upon us and I bet you've been bitten by the Christmas bug too and went out and bought a gazillion presents for your loved ones. Piñatas and party poppers are two of my favorite things in any party. All that confetti and candy is too divine to just not adore, right? Who doesn't want color and sweets? Hi there lovelies! So in two day's time, 2013 is about to close and we'll say hello to 2014. I'm getting all excited here. How about you? To be frank, this year has been a blast for me. So much has ended (beautifully), so many begun and there were random bits of surprises here and there. So far, I could consider 2013 as my best year but then again there are more to come and I bet they would be far better than the previous ones so cheers to better days.

I found it so confusing at first but I'm slowly getting the hang of things. One thing that caught my eye though was the fact that majority of my readers come from the United States. To be honest I was blown away. I didn't know most of you reside in the other part of the globe. For that I'm very thankful so I decided to dedicate this blog post to you since I noticed that it's back to school season over there. DIY Lace Belt: Playing With Pastels

Hi lovelies! Here's a fun DIY where you get to recycle or as I'd like to call it, "upcycle", some of your stuff. In this case, I chose one of my old belts. A month ago a good friend of mine invited me to a thanksgiving purple themed party. I didn't want to get a new dress given the fact that I went on a thrift spree the previous week so I thought why not take out the LBD and simply add accents to it? Besides, the purple lace at the department store was waving its arms to catch my attention. I'm pretty sure that laces do not have arms but I bought it anyway for my own crafty-wacko sake and so this project was born.

A week ago I decided to give my bedroom this thing my mom called a "general cleaning". This means that I'd have to explore every nook and cranny making sure that every single atom of dust has been dispatched.
